در حدیث صحیح از پیامبر صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم روایت شده که فرمود: «مَنْ نِيْحَ عليهِ فإنَّهُ يُعَذَّبُ بما نِيْحَ عليهِ».
هر کسی که برایش نوحه خوانده شود به سبب آن نوحهخوانی عذاب میشود.
